whilst dropping off a a sample, requested by my Dr, i was made to feel stupid, dirty and discusting by the receptionist at the drop off reception. i feel utterly discusted by the way in which i was spoke to and looked at by staff. you expect it from people in the surgery, Not the staff. i felt vunerable and embarrassed. thinking about changing Surgery now, and its no fault to the Doctors Just the receptionist.
Thank you for letting us know,we are very disappointed to hear about your recent experience.It would be very helpful to have some more detail as to when this occurred and also if possible some more detail as to what you experienced in order that we can identify where things went wrong for you.This will help us to identify what we may need to learn to prevent this happening again and to apologise more appropriately having a clearer knowledge of what happened. If you could write or phone the practice manager – Mrs Di Palfrey- with this information we can look into this in more detail
I have always received excellent service all members of Staff and doctors are I feel are dedicated to the well being of all patients, I have always been treated with dignity, courtesy and compassion and made to feel at ease which is why I have no hesitation in calling for advice or help
I have been a patient of this practice for about 60 years, and through all the changes in this long period have always received excellent treatment, both from reception and medical staff.
All is very good at surgery and the new improvements will make it even better.
Excellent & helpful, told me to come straight up when I explained the issue.
